This release of some UK metal is FREE - Why? Why? Why?

While test playing I noticed an issue out at track 15 but instead of turfing it into the landfill, I would rather offer this CD to someone who wants to listen to ALMOST all the CD!

Read below for details of the problem ...

TERRORIZER (UK Extreme Metal Magazine) - Issue 207
Terrorizer

Cat# Issue #207

2011

UK released with the magazine - magazine is NOT included

Cardboard sleeve is in very good condition, no seam splits nor personal writing.

CD media is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on the media which are pretty typical for this type of sleeve packaging. I then played the ENTIRE release, every track, and there is a catastrophic media error which occurs from track 15 onwards ... ALL previous tracks play fine

Here is the issue

Playing track 15 @ approximately 4:40 play time, there is a small "dot" on the media and the laser loses it's tracking and goes a bit awol! Up to this point ALL tracks play fine but once this area is reached by the laser, it's downhill from there in ... because the laser can't figure out where it is located (due to the tiny dot on the media) it 'jumps' around trying to find the correct spot to play. Fast forwarding over the area does not help, again the poor 'ol laser is lost in the wilderness. Skipping directly to track 16 also doesn't help, that track also cannot be tracked properly. So tracks 15 & 16 are pretty well dead losses.

Every other track (1 ~ 14) play fine though
