Custom 'digipak style' fold out case, front cover, booklet and the rear insert are all in very good condition. There is an "Industry Only" promotional sticker on the rear
CD media is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of extremely light scratches. I then played the ENTIRE release, every track, and there are no issues with playback on any track.
