Double CD case, front cover and rear insert are in very good condition.
CD media is in very good condition, both disc's inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see a couple of scuff marks on the outer edge of the data area on CD #1, no marks or scratches at all on CD #2. I then played both CD's ENTIRELY, every single track, and there are no issues with playback.
