DJ Spooky (Paul Miller) is not Spooky, dang! this guy has talent by the truck load!

An American electronic and experimental hip hop musician but so much more. The audio CD covers a very wide range of genre's and all of the music is fantastic! Genre's include Free Jazz, Tribal, Future Jazz, Ambient, Downtempo, Broken Beat and so much more ....

If that isn't enough, he has then reworked the very old film from 1924 and provided this on the second disc (DVD format)

I hear a lot of "ho hum" experimental artists but these works by DJ Spooky are outstanding - be ready for an amazing experience!

Thirsty Ear (what a GREAT name!) is not a record label but a marketing company who have provided services for some of the music world "greats" such as David Bowie, The Talking Heads, The Police and many many more ...

DJ SPOOKY - The Secret Song (plus the film "Kino-Glaz")

US release

3 panel digipak is in good condition, no seam splits, no spine stress, no writing. I do notice just light wear to the graphics on the spine but nothing serious. I noticed the DVD disc does not have the standard DVD logo on it, but it is a DVD!

CD media is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just one light scratch right on the outer edge of the data area. I then played this release ENTIRELY, every track, and there are no issues with playback at all

DVD media is in good condition also, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches or marks on the media. Unfortunately I do NOT have any equipment here for playing DVD's so this media is unplayed/untested.
