Very successful release from SUNSCREEM, back in the day ...
I am 99% sure this is an Australian release which was sent to our studio's for "Hey, listen to this!" promotion.
The usual references online make no mention of this particular release, details (and differences to others) listed below

Cardboard sleeve packaging (Olive Green sides & rear) is in very good condition, no writing, no "sample" stickers, no markings, no seam splits.
NOTE: The front cover graphics differ from all other releases I have seen, some do have No. 1 U.K DANCE SENSATION printed but I have found none with SUNSCREEM printed as well, such as on this cover i.e SUNSCREEM appears twice on the front.
Nowhere does the packaging or clamshell print indicate the country of manufacture.
Before playing I repacked the tape, and visually inspected carefully the clamshell, rollers and head pressure pad - no issues with the shell or tape at all
This uses the plastic "screws" which basically means this is a plastic welded type clamshell because if you try and undo those "screws" most often they self-destruct! If ever it was required to "get inside" to relube, etc then the best of luck because getting this type of clamshell is extremely difficult and usually you will end up destroying the tape.
I have then played this tape entirely, crisp clean sound and no problems at all with no "drop outs" (either side) or high frequency loss heard. In one part of the song.
