Love these "odd ball" compilations which often have a great selection of well known (and sometimes not so well known) songs of the day

19xx (not indicated on the packaging but based on the release years of the songs, this looks to have been released in the late 1980's - this is a mix of 1970's songs along with 1980's with the latest being released in 1987 "He's Gonna Step On You Again" by The Partyboys

Green cassette packaging is in good condition, some scuff marks to the clear front section but no cracking. Cover insert is in good condition.
Front cover/insert is clean and with no writing or markings.
Inspected the front pressure pad and side rollers, they are all fine. This is a pseudo plastic screw clamshell so if something ever went awry with the tape inside e.g in need of relube or other maintenance, then you will have great difficulty getting "inside", those plastic screws usually just strip and are for appearances only - any attempt to open 'er up will most likely result in a totally destroyed tape!

Before playing, I have repacked the tape (complete FF & RW cycles a couple of times), and then played both sides ENTIRELY - there are no issues with the shell or tape at all, audio is full range with no "drop outs" or high frequency loss across both sides.
This is a really good playback! ... nostalgia plus
As this recording is Dolby B encoded, if your playback machine does not have facilities for Dolby playback then it may useful to turn down the Treble response slightly on your amplifier.
NOTE: The beginning of each side has an intro added, the roar of a Cougar (appropriately)
