CONDITION:
Our children have now out-grown their Nintendo toys, so this console is looking for a new home
Oh yes, it has been used - LOTS! Basically it is clean although there are marks/stains around the edge which we couldn't remove
Screens are fine - no damage, cracks etc
NO PEN IS SUPPLIED - it is not in the little hole and we have no idea where it is now!
TESTING:
We like to check things out before offering them to new owners but this one is a bit tricky - WE HAVE NO GAMES LEFT!
So first up we charged it with one of the chargers we are selling separately
ALL GOOD - instead of an Orange light it goes to a Green light after about 3 hours charging
Turned it on - greeted with the Nintendo splash screen
Then it wants the user to set it up (see the photographs I tried to take at night time)
It is here that I had to stop, we have no games at all - another person came and bought the lot!
CONCLUSION:
So it turns on, the battery seems to be fine
Both screens come on and the console "talks" to me - i.e asking to set it up with a nickname etc
We have no idea whether it will play a game though
Asked the kids but they really have no idea - it was a long time ago and they have moved to iPad stuff now
So this (as with all second hand gear) is a gamble - we are 90% sure all is ok but could not complete the testing
Priced accordingly, perhaps if something was wrong it could be fixed although servicing might cost more than its worth!
