Service Issue: No local video HOWEVER external monitor DOES work fine (Shift F2)

Battery (LG SQU-524) Charges (Blue led) measuring 11.61V HOWEVER when powering the laptop it only lasts for around 5 minutes - this battery needs immediate replacement

LCD display good physical condition HOWEVER not working - random vertical lines, no local image can be displayed BUT the external monitor port works fine

No Win password
Auxilliary 3rd party software is installed - nothing "exciting".
NO External power supply is supplied (19V 4.74A)
