HISTORY:
Originally purchased for a member of our family at Primary School, around 6 years ago which would make this a 2018 model and the date label on the power supply confirms this.
This was used with a small, basic Chromebook but unfortunately our daughter smashed the screen. The keyboard etc have already found new owners and now we have the power supply to find a new owner for.
Please check that this plug in power supply suits your Chromebook, I think the original was an E100 (but not sure) and looking online it appears that this same power supply was used with a number of different models from Lenovo
LENOVO - Chromebook AC Power Supply
Model: ADL45WCF
Nominal Output: 20V DC @ 2.25A
Plugs directly into a standard Australian wall outlet (240V AC)
TESTING:
I used this power supply to run and charge the battery in another Chromebook I had here (before it also 'went out the door') - all good.
I also tested the output and I am reading 19.98V DC (Good)
Centre pin is positive
COSMETIC CONDITION:
USED
CLEAN
There is slight damage to the DC output plug - part of the body is missing (one side only) but this is truly not a problem as the body is moulded and the inside of the plug has something like an epoxy resin filling it - you cannot touch or access the DC output. See the photograph of this damage.
The DC plug remains "sound" and has no movement side to side, making reliable contact with the Chromebook DC input socket.
Output lead is 1.8m in length
Now that I have finished describing and taking a couple of photographs, this AC power supply is now within a sealed clear plastic packet, waiting for someone else to make use of it.
