UNIDENTIFIED MANUFACTURER - GX16 Male Socket
The only hint at the manufacturer is the letter F.S stamped into the rear of the socket, along with the pin numbering.

Type: 7 Pin Male Plug for panel mounting
Keyed (U channel on one side which must mate with the female plug)
Threaded front so that the matching plug (HERE) securing ring can be screwed onto this socket
Solder cup terminals
Supplied with the panel nut and spring washer
Commonly found on some communications equipment, but we used to come across these in general industrial equipment as well.
DIMENSIONS:
Total length: 15.5mm
Front end OD: 15.6mm
Mount hole (with a flat spot so that the socket does not rotate in the panel) should be a minimum 15.35mm or maximum 15.75mm diameter
