Cover is in good condition, no seam splits, no tears, no personal writing and with only light edge wear from handling, however on the rear of the cover (top most edge) there is some graphic damage from previous dampness).
New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source, I can see NO scratches or marks on either side. While the surface may "look" good, just looking at the vinyl isn't a good way to judge the condition, so let's have a listen ... I played the ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops
