The Titan was a classic domestic film projector from the 1970's and parts can now be extremely difficult to find
I had a couple of Titan projector's, one was always kept on hand "for spares" but as it turned out, I never needed to salvage any parts and now that all my film projectors are "leaving home" it is time to find new homes for the spare parts.
Refer to the photograph included which shows the location of the part being offered.
These parts equally suit the Super 8 only projector or the Tri-matic projector - film only, no sound.
It is entirely possible that these parts will suit other Titan projectors, it is up to the buyer to establish if the parts I am offering will suit them.

Part: All of the front reel drive components i.e gears, shafts, chain, finger etc (see photograph)
To ensure the part is not misidentified, it is shaded red in the photograph
Please view the photograph closely, assume nothing and those components showing are the ONLY components offered with this lot.
I have very carefully dismantled and cleaned all components, particularly the plastic gears which become coated in old hard grease.
Over the years, the plastic gears in particular become brittle and crack or disintegrate completely!
Condition: All components shown have been carefully cleaned, the gears inspected for any tooth damage - there is none. Just ONE component does have an issue, there is a small cork based washer used on the shaft - while removing this washer it split. Cork after all this time becomes brittle. I have glued the two halves back together but it would be best to use your existing cork washer (if it is in good shape) or try to make your own replacement washer - I think there is little chance of buying one new.
All components have been stored away in a sealed plastic bag and this is how they will be supplied - keeps them clean/dry and away from airbourne contamination.
