HISTORY:
My "world" is 'the arts' and more specifically, music, artwork and hand crafted/decorated chinaware's.
I am not a film enthusiast but an associate has asked me to find new owners for THEIR large collection of photographic and film items ... this is one of those items.
While the world of 8mm/Super 8mm, 16mm & 35mm is not my area of expertise, I am learning fast!
By all accounts (speaking to others who know about these things), the ELMO Regular 8mm Aluminium reels are very highly regarded and sought after - true running and lightweight.
Both outer cardboard packaging had the original price stickers still attached, way back in the 1970's these were retailing at A$56, imagine the cost now if extrapolated out to "today's money"!

In the original inner plastic sleeve and with the original outer ELMO cardboard box
Reel is undamaged in any way, straight (not warped or bent!)
Outer cardboard box shows very light signs of previous mildew (light Brown spotting) but does not 'smell'
To preserve the condition of this reel, I had also placed the cardboard outer packaging into a clear, sealed plastic package
