HITACHI - Audio Transistor (1)
Made in Japan
Here is a small photo of the package, the only manufacturer ID logo is showing (right hand side) but on the actual transistors there is also an E within a circle, also printed in White.
NEW
2SC1345
NPN
Si Epitaxial Planar architecture
Low Noise
Vce 50V
Ic -150mA
NF maximum 1dB
Hfe range (E) 400 ~ 800 - based on the E in a circle indicating the Hfe range - there are no other markings that could indicate the Hfe on the package.
Hitachi datasheets indicate this is a TO92 package however these transistors have a "squashed TO-92" appearance, see the inserted photograph above to see what I mean.
All transistors are batch code .O B 2
TESTING:
All of these transistors have been tested and the hFE band results were 400 ~ 420
PHYSICAL NOTES:
Each transistor has been tested as fine and within the expected hFE band range
The leads are uncut and measure 13mm in length
Manufacturer ID markings are ...
C1345
(E within a White circle) (Hitachi logo)
Reverse side
.O B 2
Now packed into sealed clear plastic packets ready to bring life to another piece of old (mostly likely Japanese) electronic equipment
*** Where the photograph shows multiple transistors, this advertisement is for ONE transistor only - not all that are shown ***
