Prev (?) - Slide Switch
Sub-miniature
Type: 4 position 1 pole
Body of the switch has manufacturer stamped into it, very small and difficult to read but it appears to be Prev
PCB pins
All Black plastic body construction
Optional use slide on attachment for the actuator which changes the operational angle by 90 degrees
ACTION: Smooth slide action in 4 positions, often these are used in equipment (side mounted) for adjustment of tones or volume level (especially when the very small attachment is used)
OPEN body construction - these will NOT be suitable for open/dust environments as I can see the switch action inside!
I have no information regarding the contact material used but these definitely are for switching very low current/voltage DC or signalling applications
DIMENSIONS:
BODY: 15mm Length x 7.55mm Wide x 6.25mm Height
COSMETIC CONDITION:
BRAND NEW Old Stock
SWITCHES are CLEAN and undamaged physically
HOWEVER
The very small plastic "attachment" seems to have a tendency to "split" in one corner and I notice a number of these attachments have this problem. Easily fixed with a dab of super-glue or similar but ...
This attachment friction fits over the switch actuator (square shaped shaft) and this causes stress on the attachment.
Each switch will be supplied individually packed, sealed into a clear plastic packet
NOTE: I can only find a lesser number (10) of the attachments, meaning that although 12 switches are available (at the moment), ONLY TEN attachments can be supplied for these switches
