USA manufactured (stamped into the body)
Series: 8125
Panel mount with straight Gold plated solder tags to the rear.
Threaded shaft is a White nylon 7mm length x 3mm diameter
While the 8125 series switches are not hard to find, the associated hardware to the front is not so easy to come across ...
Over this shaft is fitted the large panel screw on nut and the inner White plastic button.
I have not found other coloured buttons (yet) - all I can offer is the White button

TESTING:
Made a simple DC test to ensure the switch operates correctly and with low resistance contacts in either direction - all good here

Short shaft travel for activation (nice soft touch with a tactile "click" when the state has changed)
The White plastic front button has Yellowed very slightly due to past cleaning fluids and possibly sunlight (although the latter is not likely for rack mounted gear!)
Each switch is now individually packed into sealed clear plastic packets
