TESTING:
Being a used part, I made a close inspection for signs of previous surge damage (cracking or worse still, explosive damage!) and there is none visible. I also made a basic resistance test, each varistor that I have tested extremely high resistance - that's good.
I am satisfied this MOV is fine and ready to protect once again!
