Oh my word! Yes, the days of low voltage/current electromechanical relay switching have long since passed, principally replaced by SSR's or semiconductors for lower currents such as audio and signalling but a relay (or two) can still be found in older industrial equipment and audio power amplifiers (although this relay would not suit that purpose as it is SPDT only) however these relays can still provide a nice simple switching solution, particularly in medium - high current power switching situations.
FUJITSU (Japan) are well known manufacturers of high quality electromechanical switching components (I seem to remember one of the first Crossbar Telephone Exchange switching systems installed in NZ were from FUJITSU way back in the 1980's)

Always stored in a plastic packet although over time (and there has been a lot of time passed since we received these relays from the supplier) there is LIGHT oxidisation to the PCB pins.
However, this slight oxdisation (dullness to the metal) is very light and the contacts will still easily be solderable.
