Country of origin is unsure!
One side of the pot has MEXICO printed on it (most likely) and the other side has AUSTRALIA printed on it - go figure! I believe the former is more likely.

Since Allen-Bradley was purchased by Rockwell International, it is becoming quite difficult to decode some of these part numbers so I have made my own measurements below
