I had a beautiful sounding Grundig Space Fidelity PA3 system (see the photograph of this 1990's contemporary system - space age looking and fantastic sound!) Unique side-lobing mid - tweeters and the bass produced within a sealed coffin inside the unit, these two woofers facing each other and rear ported.
However, sadly the CD loader failed AND this is one monster of a beast to move around/ship at over 50Kg so I have decided to "part out" the useful components of the system
In this advertisement I am offering the two drivers/woofers which are buried deep within the PA3 main unit.

I am making a conservative estimate on the power rating here - the PA3 amplifier driving this driver is capable of providing 80W RMS per channel at least.

Specifications for the PA3 state that frequency response goes down to 20Hz, and these drivers certainly had no problems down to at least 20Hz when in use.
I cannot source specific characteristics for this driver but I do know that the bass response of these speakers when fitted into the PA3 is exceptional (coupled with the very unusual PA3 enclosure design) - these were great systems produced by Grundig although pretty dated these days and the PA3 was VERY heavy to move around (50Kg!) This was the primary reason I parted out the PA3, it would have been horrendously expensive to ship anywhere!
Since removal from the PA3, these speakers are now stored sitting face down on a very stiff cardboard and sealed within clear plastic so that no damage or dust/dirt can contaminate the loudspeaker.
