Vintage (1970's) analog amplifier to be used in conjunction with a Microfork audio single tone generator device, intended where extremely precise and stable audio tones are to be generated for remote control purposes.
Typical applications included:
Radio communication remote control
Burglar alarms
Pagers
Garage door openers
These were the days when analog was the current technology and remote control of devices relied upon very stable and accurate tone generation
This device was designed to be used in conjunction with a device called a Microfork, basically an audio frequency piezo resonator - I have these advertised separately.
Murata Japan
Type: D1200
When used in conjunction with a Microfork device (see my other advertisements) this device can output two analog audio signals.
Photographs show some basic information such as the equivalent circuit and practical application.
I can supply full datasheets along with application notes for this device and the required Microfork device (Iwata or Murata)
