Oh yes these are old (about 40 years!) devices for sure but often so, so very hard to find when restoring or servicing dated entertainment or industrial equipment
I used to sell these devices way back in the early 1980's, the trade price was astronomical even back then (this was when Mitsubishi Electric released their very first hard drives which sounded like aircraft engines as they rotated and cost around A$400 each for 5Mb!!) Next they went to the massive 10Mb and onwards to 20Mb (who on earth would need that much data space?)

These are used, previously programmed. Although they were partially UV erased, it would be wise to erase them thoroughly and start your loading your new program into the device then placing a UV light proof label over the quartz window.
