Removed from professional laboratory equipment, fully functional.
Equipment was only cannabilised because its function was extremely limited and considered only of interest to specialised interests in the electronics community (equipment was for cryogenics liquid Nitrogen flow control)
However some of the parts inside are extremely interesting...
Burr Brown were well recognised for their excellent precision devices, then later the company was acquired by Texas Instruments.
Burr Brown
High Speed Sample Hold Amplifier to 2.6Ghz
Part number: SHC5320KP
14 pin DIL Plastic case
Although not really necessary as this is a bipolar device, for safety it has been carefully removed under ESD precautions and stored in ESD packaging - of course all pins are straight!
I can supply a full datasheet but in brief:
Fast acquisition time: 1.5uS max
Settling time: 350nS max
Input transconductance amplifier
Straightforward supply rails +/- 15V
Intended for use in precision, high speed data acquistion systems
