HISTORY:
Slowly "moving through" the workshop/production spare parts stores and came across this moulded RF choke

UNIDENTIFIED MANUFACTURER - RF Choke
Possibly TDK-EPCOS but these were in an unmarked parts drawer
Inductance: 1mH (1000uH)
Tolerance: ±5%
EIA Colour coded: Brown Black Red Gold
DIMENSIONS:
Body is 6.9mm length x 3.5mm diameter
Leads are 27mm length x 0.55mm diameter
COSMETIC CONDITION:
NEW Old Stock
CLEAN but ...
These were stored in the spare parts drawer but without the sealed packet (no identification) which means that light oxidisation has occured to the leads, still shiny but I can see some dull patches - these remain perfectly serviceable
TESTING:
As these are of unknown origin and OLD stock, I batch tested around half of them and they all read on the low side of the design value in the range 0.96 ~ 0.98mH (960 ~ 980uH)
These have now been placed into a sealed packet to preserve their condition, awaiting a new owner
