12x white nylon feed-through's in each channel, making 24 in total on the heatsink. These make accessing wiring between the two sides of the heatsink far easier

Mounting would need to be devised by the user. There is a nice slot on each side and this is how it was originally mounted, slide on (using the slot) and then locked in place with bolts.
