This mica washer is a bit special and can be difficult to find ... the package outline is for a TO-66 device (commonly used in Germanium power devices yonks ago) but there is more ....
The TO-66 has TWO variants, this is one of the variants - its all about the dimensions (see this information below)
Not in common use these days but if you are dealing with much older Germanium power transistors (such as the AD series) then it is quite likely you will come across these TO-66 variant insulators.

The TO-66 is like a smaller version of the very common TO-3
This TO-66 variant is even slightly smaller than a 'standard' TO-66
Insulator thickness 0.08mm
I will supply these in one-off's - nothing worse than wanting "a couple" of insulation pads and being forced to purchase a packet of 10 or more!
