Each retaining spring clip is supplied with 2x special IEC socket mounting bolts. These bolts replace the normal bolts you would use to mount the IEC socket. The head of these bolts have a hole through them, into which the arms of the spring clip fit.
When an IEC plug is inserted into the socket, this spring clip securely retains the plug so that accidental removal is not possible.
DIMENSIONS:
Spring: 37.5mm Length x 32mm x 1.85mm diameter spring steel (ferrous)
Bolt: 6.25mm hex top x 8.4mm length head with one small hole for the spring clip
Thread is 12.5mm length - nut and washer are included
