BRIEF HISTORY:
Like many of the other components I am seeking new owners/workshops for, here is something just a bit obscure for the electronics constructor.
UNKNOWN MANUFACTURER - Component Stand off
Material: Ceramic (White)
Intended use is to lift heat generating components off the printed circuit board (or tag board if using that substrate), typically used with wirewound resistors.
Beehive shaped with a centre hole for the component lead
DIMENSIONS:
5.15mm diameter x 5.95mm height
One end is countersunk, so you can also use these in a parallel configuration e.g two resistors in series with one of these ceramic spaces between the two components.
Centre hole (NOT threaded) easily accepts 0.75mm component lead, difficult to measure this hole with my micrometer but estimated to be 1 ~ 1.5mm actual diameter hole.

No damage to the ceramic
