Programmable keyboard and display device device which gives the user the abiity to display data on alphanumeric displays or simple indicators. Display RAM can be programmed to function as 16 x 8bit or a dual 16 x 4bit memory and can be loaded/read by the host processor. The display can be loaded with left or right entry with auto-increment of the display RAM address.

Keyboard interface uses a 64 contact key matrix which can be expanded to 128, key strokes are stored in 8 character FIFO, keyboard entries generate an interrupt to the processor.
