Ex Wandel & Goltermann (German) test equipment
These connector assemblies are found throughout W&G test equipment and probably other German manufacturers as well.
In the W&G reference manuals these are only referred to as "input output ports"

Panel mounted input/output connector block (3 way)

Two screws, one on the top for securing the block to the panel and locked in place by the 3x holes for the female connectors
The other screw is at the rear, where the solder tags are located. Release this screw and the top cover comes off to expose three silver plated barrels of the female sockets.
Some dimension guides:
One socket is slightly offset from the other two, this is normally signal Earth or Ground
The two sockets closely spaced are 11mm apart and the 3rd socket is 13mm from the second socket
Socket ID is 4mm
Depth of the socket is 20mm
There are no identification markings on this connector block
COSMETIC CONDITION:
Being silver plated, these barrels oxidise over time (black coating) which I have easily cleaned up (inside and out) so they are nice, bright and shiny once again.
USEAGE NOTES:
Not limited to use with W&G (or other manufacturers) test equipment but a very nice input-output block connector for any equipment or custom design that requires reliable input or output ports - perfect for balanced line audio use (Hot+/- and signal ground) but equally at home with low voltage DC or AC signals.
I checked the port barrel diameter with a "standard" banana plug and it fits perfectly.
