Note the orientation of the poles (not the standard configuration following a curve)
5 pole male
All Cream coloured plastic outer body, cable exit relief
Front end externally threaded ring for secure locking to a matching DIN socket
Solder cup terminals
Standard DIN connector access i.e push down the small metal lever (fairly difficult to locate though) and pull the 'front end' away from the body.
Stamped into the body of the plug is the Hirschmann logo
