ACME - 3 Pin Female line plug
No idea where or who ACME was/is - famous for the corporation of the same name used in the Looney Tunes cartoons but this plug would have no connection to those cartoons!
The only identification on the plug is stamped into one side
ACME (within an oval shaped border)
3 pins arranged in a 'triangular pattern'
Heavy metallic body (Brass?) finished in Chrome
Two screw (one very small screw & one small grub screw) assembly, one for the rear exit cable strain relief and the other holds the inside of the plug securely.
Front external thread, this plug is 'lockable' when mated with a suitable male connector.
Keyed design with a front side slot in the body.
Inside are 3x solder tag terminals
DIMENSIONS:
This is a larger plug than the "standard" 3 Pin DC connectors which are often referred to as GX20's ...
19.25mm diameter x 28mm length (excluding the 22mm steel spring cable relief)
Base of the triangular patterned female pin sockets ... spaced 6.25mm apart
The third female pin socket at the apex of the triangle is 6.25mm from the base line
Difficult to measure but it appears each female socket can accept up to a 3mm diameter pin
COSMETIC CONDITION:

Old Stock
I suspect this is really quite old stock, I don't recall ever using this size plug previously, which is probably the reason it has been sitting in the drawers for yonks!
Solder terminals were a little 'off colour', indicating a silver plated finish but a quick clean up has them nice and 'solderable' once again.
Rear exit steel cable relief spring does have some light oxidisation (showing as a Greyish colour) but nothing dramatic here.
I have now placed this plug into a clear, sealed plastic packet to preserve the condition.
