HISTORY:
Sustainability is the name of the game! Anything (that has been tested and still functioning properly) should be repurposed creating saving in wasted Ee and reducing the poisoning our environment when items are buried in the earth at the local tip needlessly.
Never heard of Ee? It is a concept that creates a measurement of ALL things (not just electronics) that humans have made and the energy used in obtaining the raw material, processing the materials right through to a finished product and even should include the shipping of the item to the distributors/retailers.

This Siemens capacitor is NEW, old stock
We used squillions of these in audio equipment production way back in the day, Siemens does not make these any longer - very highly regarded for audio equipment.
Strange name huh? The capacitor is constructed in a vertical stack, some call them cake stakes. The most distinctive feature is the exposed "gun metal grey" end sections onto which the leads are welded. By the way, if ever the side weld should fail (and they do sometimes if you stress the component too much physically), the wire lead is easy to re-attach using normal soldering techniques. So no epoxy or polyester coating at the ends, which also means keep your fingers away if "higher" voltages are being used!
Siemens, Germany was a manufacturer of very high quality components used in industrial, medical and military equipment, not cheap but damn good! They divested their component production to other companies quite some time ago.

Termination: Radial leads (extending from one side but fixed at each end of the cap so they are "sort-of" axial as well!), depends how you look at it - the leads are at each end of the cap but formed downwards (for PCB mounting)

Tinned wire leads are 5mm Length x 0.55mm diameter
TESTING:
Being old stock, I tested all of these capacitors and the measured range was 474nF ~ 512nF with the majority up in the high end of the range 500nF+

Excellent physical condition
Clean bright legs
Stored in multiple sealed plastic packs but I am fine with supplying any quantity from just one cap up to the available quantity showing on this page
Keep in mind that these are left over production stock and there will be NO further on-going supply of these after they have all found new workshops.
