Always stored loose in the original suppliers packets BUT ....
These look to have been taken off reels and many of the caps have remnants of paper tape still stuck to the leads.sealed packets, fairly easy to clean off but probably of no consequence because the leads would be cut for PCB mounting anyway.
Although I have quite a few of these caps, I am perfectly fine with even "one-off" purchases but keep in mind that I have extensive quantity price breaks automatically applied in order to encourage more of these to "go out the door"
