Never heard of Ee? It is a concept that creates a measurement of ALL things (not just electronics) that humans have made and the energy used in obtaining the raw material, processing the materials right through to a finished product and even should include the shipping of the item to the distributors/retailers.

Voltage: 2V- yes you are reading it correctly! Just 2V maximum working voltage (you don't see these very much!)
Tolerance: 10%
Orientation: Axial
Watch the orientation when using this capacitor, the + side is not really obvious but if you look closely at the body you will see the + next to the voltage rating (2V) and it is the end of the capacitor with a "blob"
