HISTORY:
Sustainability is the name of the game! Anything (that has been tested and still functioning properly) should be repurposed creating saving in wasted Ee and reducing the poisoning our environment when items are buried in the earth at the local tip needlessly.
Never heard of Ee? It is a concept that creates a measurement of ALL things (not just electronics) that humans have made and the energy used in obtaining the raw material, processing the materials right through to a finished product and even should include the shipping of the item to the distributors/retailers.

This switch push button is BRAND NEW, old stock
UNIDENTIFIED MANUFACTURER - Round Front Panel Button
Materials: Black plastic with a solid metallic Silver top section (not the "spray on" metallic finish found on later Japanese "let's save a buck" products!)
Fitting type: friction grip
We used these with Camplin audio input switches but of course they can be used with any other push switch assemblies that have similar shaft dimension
DIMENSIONS:
Button: 10mm diameter body x 21mm length (18.5mm Black plastic & 3mm metallic silver top)
NO pointer
Slight depression at the front of the front for a very nice tactile feel when touched by the fingers.
Designed for equipment where multi-selection switching is involved e.g audio input selection
FIX METHOD:
At the rear of the switch is a recessed rectanglar female socket, very difficult for me to measure so I have measured the push switch shaft that this button nicely fits ...
Shaft size: 3.42mm x 3.50mm x 8.75mm shaft length (when fully pushed onto the shaft)
No bushes or other "filling" devices are used, nice simple fixing which is very secure
