USED
Ex video switching equipment, analog
I am cleaning up ALL the various leads, patch cables etc that we had on hand in the workshops, this cable was used as a video interconnect between various old technology analog equipment (video security servers)
UNBRANDED - RF Interconnect Lead
I am "pretty sure" this is RG179 coaxial cable, 75 Ohm impedance
Cable diameter is 2.5mm (OD)
BNC (male) connector at one end (Gold plated centre pin & crimp termination) and unterminated at the other - bare
Sheath is clear
Shield is multi strand, not solid and does not have any additional wrapping such as Al foil
I suspect the shield is silver plated but not 100% on this - a clue comes from one cable which had the end stripped back and over the last few months the shield which has been exposed to the air has taken on a yellow/brownish tarnish, typical when Silver oxidises.
Lead length: 1.15m
COSMETIC CONDITION:
USED
When these were removed from the equipment, they were immediately placed in sealed packs ready for repurposing 'one day'
CLEAN (like new)
Unused
BNC connector is undamaged
NO sheath damage at all
