PIEZO SCREAMER
I have been unable to determine the manufacturer.
Country of origin is unknown (not indicated) but I strongly suspect, Taiwan - most of our Asian items came from Taiwan (NOT mainland China)
LA5256
Nominal supply: 12V DC @ 170mA (assumed as the box does not state the nominal voltage)
Sound pressure intensity is not specified - it certainly sounds LOUD! (I tested this unit)
This part number (LA5256) is used by a national retailer for what appears to be the same device, they state the working voltage range is 7.5V ~ 15V @ 200mA current. No indication of the SPL though. Take a look at their item HERE
Two Tone warbling (frequencies of the tones are not stated but they are lower than the other Piezo Screamer I have listed HERE)

There is no mention of waterproof standards so it is advisable to ONLY use this screamer indoors.
Most often used in alarm installations but fine for use in other applications where LOUD audible alerts need to be given

I have opened the original packaging inside to test the screamer (to make sure it was working, it is!) and then resealed it again. I tested using a 12V DC supply, all is fine although pretty noisy!
NO damage to the unit

NO instructions inside the box, you don't really need them - apply 12V DC and she starts screaming her head off!
