I have been unable to determine the manufacturer but I have noticed identical units are available under various brand names so I think these FS3807A are an OEM product and rebadged for many different manufacturers e.g BOSCH S3807

Nominal supply: 12V DC @ 170mA (although the box indicates a range of 6V ~ 12V is acceptable, I have not confirmed this)
LOUD! 105dB (neighbours were "woken up" when I tested this unit!
Two Tone warbling (frequencies of the tones are not stated but they are higher than the other Piezo Screamer I have listed HERE)
White "top hat" design
Most often used in alarm installations but fine for use in other applications where LOUD audible alerts need to be given

I have opened the original packaging inside to test the screamer (to make sure it was working, it is!) and then resealed it again. I tested using a 12V DC supply, all is fine although a bit ear shattering!

NO instructions inside the box, you don't really need them - apply 12V DC and she starts screaming her head off!
