Oh Dear! This item has been sold but take a look around for other similar items

The buyer MUST establish that this remote suits their own equipment

Most remotes send specific codes and will only work with a limited range of equipment - just like car keys, remotes are designed to operate just SOME equipment and just because your equipment is also from SANSUI does not mean this remote will work with that equipment.

SANSUI Remote Control SPARE PART

Retro model

Appears to be intended for use with a SANSUI DVD player, but which model(s)?

I cannot find any reference to this remote model online and no longer have the equipment it was used with

USED InfraRed Remote control

Genuine SANSUI product NOT a 3rd party copy

Part number: SAN 1008

Construction: Green/Grey plastic body with a Gold metallic front panel fascia

Requires 2x AA batteries (NOT supplied)

COSMETIC CONDITION

USED

CLEAN

All labelling is clean, easy to read and not worn

All buttons functioning great!

Battery compartment is in good condition. Someone did (once) leave the batteries in the remote for a long period and the dreaded leaking DID occur. One of the negative spring contacts was affected but I have cleaned it up and checked that the remote works fine - it does.

TESTED and functioning fine on ALL buttons

NOTE: My testing method is to insert batteries and "look" for the IR emissions from the remote control (easily viewed on the security camera's) and ensuring every single button sends out an IR code. I must assume though that the codes being sent are correct, I do not have one of these SANSUI DVD players to test the remote with the correct equipment.

Stored/supplied in a sealed plastic to maintain its condition

The batteries will NOT be supplied as Australia Post is a bit touchy about such things being sent through the Post. These batteries are nothing special and usually low cost (Alkaline type will be fine)

USED Exactly as described
