I have added the M27 cd player because I have one under test right now, being prepared for sale, I do know that this remote will also fully control the CDP-M27 Single CD player
For other SONY equipment, you need to do your own research, look in manuals or just compare remotes visually to establish if this RM-S205 remote might work with your system/CD player
Look on the rear ID plate of your system for the model number of your equipment - the buyer must establish this remote is suitable for use with their own equipment

Tested, functioning fine
Button labelling is clear and easy to read - none rubbed off or missing
All buttons functioning - we used this remote extensively many moons ago but most recently I have been using the CD section to test my M27 player
Battery compartment contacts have been completely cleaned, I noticed one spring contact had very light oxidisation on it - that has now been cleaned up. There is no permanent contact damage.
