WARNING:
Notice the Yellow labels on the rear of the remote? This is because the remote can emit an intense RED laser light (intended for use during presentations) which must be used 'correctly' i.e never shine into human eyes
In fact, in the state of NSW (I have not checked regarding other states) this type of device is classified as a dangerous weapon. Even just carrying this remote around in public could give you a few problems with the NSW Police ... keep this in mind.

NOTE: To activate the RED laser pointer, push the topside LASER button and then the user can control the ON-OFF of the RED laser using the underside squeeze button - easy
NO oxidisation or damage to the battery compartment terminals, this remote requires 2x AA batteries to operate.
ALL button labelling is clean and easy to read - very little (if any) handling wear
TESTING:
Being a used remote, I check any remote I offer to the best of my ability
My testing method is to insert batteries and "look" (using my security camera's) for the IR emissions from the remote control and ensuring every single button sends out an IR code. I must assume though that the codes being sent are correct, I do not have these models of LCD projectors!
ALL buttons on this remote are functioning great and when a button is pushed, a small Red led lites up to confirm operation on the remote front panel.
Second test I undertook was of the Red laser function - this is fully operational and impressive (it's been a long time since I have seen one of these!) The Red . is in sharp focus and I could easily project the Red dot at least 20 metres while still retaining the nice sharp Red .
I am confident that this remote is fully operational
Batteries will NOT be supplied (2x AA batteries) to prevent any issues with Australia Post (they are very risk adverse to shipping packages with batteries inside) and also this keeps the shipping weight down to a minimum
This remote is now in a sealed clear plastic packet to preserve the condition.
