The buyer must establish beforehand that this remote suits their own Sony equipment
How?
Try looking in the user manual, if you have one.
If the manual is not available, try to see if the remote button layout looks "right" compared to your old remote - a bit hit & miss though.
Please be aware that every single remote sends a unique code to the equipment under control, just because you may have a Sony system but it does not mean this remote will control it.
Kenwood Music Centre SPARE PART
Retro
USED IR Remote control
Genuine Kenwood product NOT a 3rd party copy
Part number: RC-301
This remote has a full range of CD player & Tuner control functions and I believe the system unit it controls is also called the Kenwood RC-301.
If you have a Kenwood music system that you "think" the remote may work with, please do your homework and at least check these things
a) Visual inspection and comparison with an existing remote
b) Equipment manual (if you still have it)
Remote only
Clean
All buttons functioning great
Battery compartment is in excellent condition. The case & buttons are undamaged, this uses 2x AA batteries
Used but undamaged in any way - tested 100% functional
NOTE: My testing method is to insert batteries and look for the IR emissions from the remote control and ensuring every single button sends out an IR code. I must assume though that the codes being sent are correct, I do not have every piece of equipment that these remotes control here at the house!
Stored/supplied in a sealed plastic to maintain its condition
Batteries will NOT be supplied (2x AA batteries) to prevent any issues with Australia Post (they are very risk adverse to shipping packages with batteries inside) and also this keeps the shipping weight down to a minimum
