Looks to be intended to control a DVD/Karaoke System that also has a game built in! All buttons refer to this type of equipment, some are a little different to "stock standard" DVD controls such as SLOW FF, SLOW RW, GAME, PAL/NTSC SELECT and others (see the photograph)

TESTING:
Being a used remote, I check any remote to the best of my ability
My testing method is to insert batteries and "look" (using my security camera's) for the IR emissions from the remote control and ensuring every single button sends out an IR code. I must assume though that the codes being sent are correct, I do not have the equipment this remote was intended for.

Batteries will NOT be supplied (2x AAA batteries) to prevent any issues with Australia Post (they are very risk adverse to shipping packages with batteries inside) and also this keeps the shipping weight down to a minimum
