The buyer must establish beforehand that this remote suits their own JVC camcorder equipment
How?
Try looking in the user manual, if you have one.
If the manual is not available, try to see if the remote button layout looks "right" compared to your old remote - a bit hit & miss though and that is assuming you have the old remote.
Please be aware that every single remote sends a unique code to the equipment under control, just like car keys - each is unique to each vehicle, the same for the majority of domestic video equipment. Just because you may have a JVC camcorder does not mean this remote will control it.
Pay attention to detail because JVC had a number of remotes which looked the same but have different part numbers (look at the part number near the lower edge), the 720, 730 & 750 can easily be mistaken for each other!

Battery compartment is in excellent condition. The case & buttons are undamaged, this uses 1x CR2025 button battery

NOTE: My testing method is to insert battery and look for the IR emissions from the remote control and ensuring every single button sends out an IR code. I must assume though that the codes being sent are correct, I do not have every piece of equipment that these remotes control here at the house!
Stored/supplied in a sealed plastic to maintain its condition
The button battery will be supplied (I used a brand new CR2025 for my testing and then resealed the packet) and to prevent any issues with Australia Post, the battery is NOT installed in the remote (easy task anyway)
