I am 'big' on sustainability and have been recently 'parting' out some FM828's
It may seem insignificant to some but these two springs are important for the proper operation of the 'swing & tilt' system used in their FM828 series designs and if missing, it is a real nuisance! These two springs (one on each side) solve this problem.
I have other FM828 series components, boards etc HERE - time to do some experimentation with this nice old analog communications technology!
PHILIPS - PCB Side Springs
Type: FM828 Transceiver Series
Brief functions:
The upper and lower PCB's (Receiver & Transmit Exciter) use these springs on either side of the diecast chassis to support the tilt action of the boards.
COSMETIC CONDITION:
Springs are clean and perfectly serviceable
I have now packed these two springs into sealed plastic
