These are offered to those who might have a use for these (external to Australia) or for experimentation but they will NOT function here in Australia - the CDMA communications system was superseded quite a few years ago and is no longer "turned on" in Australia.

Also note that the interface used is PCMCIA - commonly used in laptops at the time of this product being released but no longer in common useage these days i.e you would need a very old laptop with PCMCIA before you could use this card.slot modems - now long since replaced by USB.

6 Kits are sealed - they have never been opened

TESTING:
These were disposed of due to obsolescence, when the CDMA system shut-down was impending, these were no longer of interest to Australian users.
The used kits have NOT been tested (no suitable laptop nor CDMA system!) but they are known to have been working prior to repackaging.
