Perfect for those who still have the 'experimenter' spirit.
Removed from a PHILIPS FM828 E Band (68Mhz ~ 88Mhz) Multi-channel transceiver
Many many forums, discussion groups talk about using these highly reliable FM828's on Amateur Radio 6m bands
Here is a small collection of original Philips crystals for the transmitter exciter board, but for testing purposes only I guess, these crystals are only going to give you operation on the frequencies listed below, but they may still come in handy
I have some other FM828 series components, boards etc HERE - time to do some experimentation with this nice old analog communications technology!
PHILIPS - Transmit Crystals (5)
Type: 9681
1: 8500.0Khz Carrier (68.000Mhz)
2: 9725.0Khz Carrier (77.800Mhz)
2: 9750.0 Khz Carrier (78.000Mhz)
3: 9775.0Khz Carrier (78.200Mhz)
4: 11000Khz Carrier (88.000Mhz)
All crystals checked while 'playing around' with a complete FM828 E Band transceiver that I have on the workbench.
Now sealed in plastic and only sold as a pack of 5 crystals
NOTE: the photograph shows 4 crystals in the pack, I AM supplying 5 crystals but I found one more crystal after I had taken the photograph
