Unwired were a company providing wireless network services a number of years ago.
This plug pack power supply supplied DC to the wireless modem (this was not a 2.4Ghz WiFi system)
I don't think anyone is using the Unwired Wireless Network service but this power pack could be extremely useful where a stable 6V DC supply is required at up to 3 amps.

1.8m heavy duty DC lead, moulded EMI filter (ferrite) at the end of the lead
NO PLUG IS FITTED - this is for flexibility, the user can fit their own plug to suit the equipment being powered.
COSMETIC CONDITION:
In as-new condition - clean and without damage BUT I have cut the DC plug off (now bare wires) as I felt this was more flexible for possible uses - just fit the plug you require and you are in business (don't forget to get the polarity correct though!
Heavy duty DC lead is undamaged
TESTING:
History: this power pack has been used since new but out of service for some years now.
I powered it up and made some tests and the results are -
Output voltage:
6.15V both load and no load
Measured ripple was 17mV
Now packed in sealed plastic to maintain a good clean condition.
