Ex vintage ROHDE & SCHWARZ professional communications analysis & monitoring equipment, this module is designed to drive the Toshiba E2728B31-HT mono display.
Everything is on the module, this is a very well laid out, compact and complete CRT power supply.
All wires/leads/interconnects are as original, none have been cut.

Single rail input (11.6V ~ 12V DC @ around 1A)
Multiple outputs for the CRT elements, deflection coils and the HV anode
Complete with the HV lead, tube cap and aqaudag (graphite) copper spring (grounded)
All wiring is easy to identify (what goes where) and once the CRT is connected, you are left with the DC source input supply (red/white with a blue plug - red is positive supply) I measured this DC supply while the equipment was in use and it measured 11.6V, I would think that up to around 12V will be fine.
Ribbon connector on the edge of the PCB is the point where you send the horizontal & vertical oscillator and video signals. While many parts of the board identify the purpose of components, I do not have a schematic for this board (Rohde & Schwarz guard such things jealously!) but it would not be too difficult to sort this out (single sided PCB).
Mounted on the PCB are trimmer pots for FOCUS, BRIGHTNESS, LINEARITY, HEIGHT and VERTICAL FREQUENCY adjustments. The idea is to "set and forget" but if you preferred to extend these controls/adjustments out to the equipment front panel, it would not be a difficult task.

Clean and no componentry or leads/wires are damaged. Comes with the mating female socket for the PCB edge connector.
TESTING:
Known to be fully functioning - I have used the equipment and the CRT display was very clean, bright and sharp. No funny smells, no arcing and actually no components show any signs of stress or even ageing!
